Before entering the Real Estate profession, I was a Styling Manager and a Special Events Coordinator at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City.  I have also run a free-lance fashion advertising business for other small retailers.  After selling our New York City apartment, my husband Warren Browne, a corporate lawyer, and I turned our weekend home into our full-time residence, where we have become active in community and local affairs.  I combine my experience and intuition to help sellers to market their homes to the right buyers, and to guide buyers to the homes that fulfill their dreams.  I have received the Diamond and Silver Awards for sales and was named the Top Producer for the Katonah office in 1999.

Sellers:   You know the market is down, but you want to attract a buyer, Houlihan Lawrence offers the largest network in Westchester to attract buyers.  I can help you attract those buyers to your house.  Let me tell you about our very successful marketing program.

Buyers:   You have found a house on line.  Now you need an agent to get you the key to the front door.  There are opportunities out there.  I can help you find them.  I know the market and I can find what is right for you.
