Before entering the real estate profession, I was a fashion stylist at Saks Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. My background in art and fashion is a plus, helping me show sellers the best way to present their houses to the market. A beautifully staged home always sells faster and at a higher price! I also received an invaluable education while building my own home with a noted architect in the bucolic hamlet of Waccabuc in Northern Westchester. My house was featured in the Westchester Home Magazine’s Best of the Decade issue in 2014. A year ago, I listed my house in a challenging market. It went to a bidding war and sold at the full price in only three weeks. Selling my own house helped me appreciate more fully the stressful and emotional components that can be involved with selling a family home.

Real Estate Expertise
I believe the most important part of real estate is working with people, listening carefully to their wants and needs, and then guiding them through the selling or buying process to achieve their goals. Having lived in Northern Westchester for 20 plus years, I know the market well and can find what's right for you. Recently, I've been working with another agent and we’ve found the team approach lets us work more effectively. Whether working with a seller or a buyer, we put ourselves in our clients’ shoes for each transaction and work... More

Suzie Pandjiris receives high marks for handling the sale of our house in Waccabuc. It was a challenging market at the time and Suzie worked with us both to establish an appropriate price and to help us present our home to it's best advantage by making it more attractive to buyers. I was impressed with how she actively promoted the listing, holding numerous open houses, following up leads, and giving us prompt feedback from showings. My husband, who was reluctant to sell, was reassured by her willingness to always respond quickly to his questions and concerns. Ultimately, when a number of offers came in she negotiated the best deal and was totally there for us through a lengthy contract signing process and on through to the closing. It's not easy to sell your longtime home but I felt that Suzie truly had our best interests at heart and provided us with outstanding service throughout the entire process.
All the best,

Otto and I are happily at home here in Augusta. The move went well with very little damage, the boxes are unpacked and the pictures hung. Thanks for all your help with the sale of our house. And also thanks for the framed photo. It was such a pleasure working with you.
